Leuven

Leuven is the capital of the province of Flemish Brabant in Belgium and is about 30 km east of Brussels. The city is famous for two main things: the largest and oldest Catholic university still in activity and the world's largest brewer group(Anheuser-Busch InBev). Of course, if you come to Leuven you will notice one specific thing and not the least: there are a lot of café's, bars and pubs. The most famous place to be is the Oude Markt. This place is known as the largest café in Europe because of the number of café's in it. It is very busy everyday and you can even go out and have a drink until 6:00 am. The atmosphere is unique.
